The solution required transforming hearts and minds.
We had to create a new market and convince wool growers, wool buyers, manufacturers, international retailers, veterinarians and animal welfare group to collaborate with our solution. We co-innovated with Spinifex to understand the market, build an audited welfare program, digital platform and educate stakeholders to deliver product sales.
